The hotel's location was stunning and very convenient for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. We were also able to check in early, which was a great convenience.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The decor was absolutely beautiful, it felt like I was staying in an art gallery. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. One specific situation that stood out to me was when I needed to take a shower after checking out, they were kind enough to let me use their facilities. They also kept my luggage safe while I was out of town. The only drawback was that the room was a bit small, but it didn't bother me too much. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
